Objectives:
As a DRep, I strive to approach governance with reason, curiosity, and accountability. I aim to evaluate issues thoughtfully, remain open to new information, and communicate my perspectives and decisions in a transparent manner.

I value constructive feedback, respectful debate, and the exchange of ideas. No individual has all the answers, and I believe governance works best when diverse viewpoints can be considered honestly and in good faith.

My objective is to represent delegators to the best of my ability while continuing to learn, adapt, and refine my understanding as Cardano and its governance evolve. I hope to contribute to a governance culture that is informed, responsible, and focused on the ecosystem’s long-term success.

Qualifications:
20+ years in IT (Cloud, Infrastructure, Services, and Security), Lean Enterprise Certified.

Motivations:
I participate in Cardano governance because I believe improvement is always possible. I am an optimist, not because I believe success is guaranteed, but because communities become stronger when people are willing to learn, adapt, and work together toward a better future.

Cardano represents a unique opportunity to build systems that are more open, resilient, and empowering than those that came before. Governance is an important part of that journey. My motivation is to contribute to the long-term success of the ecosystem while helping ensure decisions are made thoughtfully, transparently, and with consideration for future generations of participants.

I believe governance should be a continuous learning process, where experience compounds over time and where constructive disagreement can lead to better outcomes.
